Merry Christmas.

I have been absolutely awful at blogging this last few weeks.. I have been working everyday as working in retail is a hardship at Christmas time. I really have enjoyed my only day off... Christmas Day and I am truly sad it is already over. I just thought I'd share a few images of my day, they're taken on my new iPad which I got today. Loving the fact that I will now be able to blog more on the go and spend more time when I'm super busy.
Merry Christmas guys and I hope all of my lovely readers have had and are still having a brilliant day.

Lots of love.

Latest in Beauty- The Glamour Beauty Box

This will be my first ever beauty box review and also my first ever one I have received. I spotted this beauty box online and also featured in several people's blogs. I have always been a fan of beauty boxes but never thought I would buy one unless I got a subscription for a special occasion. When I saw this one I was immediately taken by the very well known brands and because this box is handpicked items I felt this was certainly the one for me. And for about £15 this was definitely a bargain.

First up is..
Balance Me Radiance Face Oil. (10ml travel size)
I have never used a face oil before because honestly I had never really heard of them so I usually just stick to the basic face moisturizer. I have very dry skin now that the weather is cold outside and my skin take a rather long time to adjust so I couldn't wait to try this product. And wow, I thought it was great, yes it does leave your hands feeling a little greasy but it doesn't feel greasy on my face because it has been rubbed in well. The roller on the top is great to apply with and you really don't need a large amount at all. It moisturizes, nourishes and adds radiance to your skin to brighten it up on those cold days. It has also left my skin feeling so soft. I am over the moon with this product.

Eyeko Eyelash Curlers (full size)
I love eyelash curlers, I am blessed with pretty long eyelashes anyway so this just adds and curls my lashes brilliantly. I was also in need of a new curler and none better than a brand promoted by Alexa Chung! These are brilliant eyelash curlers and they do the job well. They also have a special navy velvet on the ends for that extra touch.

Next up is..
Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm (full size)
I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about this product so finally I get to try this lip balm out. I received the 'Hydrate' version which I can imagine is prefect for chapped lips which with the winter months I have a tendency to get. I appreciated the feel of the balm and it goes well onto my lips however I wasn't over the moon with the taste and smell, mine I think is a berry flavour and honestly I'm not the biggest fan. Yes, I will use this product but I don't particularly like the taste but the feelis great after use. There is a lot of hype from these products but I certainly won't be joining in.

HD Brows eyebrow palette in Foxy (full size)
This product is one of the main reasons I got this beauty box. I don't think Foxy is completely the right shade for me because I am blonde and Foxy is for brunettes but either way I am super happy with this product and I'll use it lots. I have had a lot of eyebrow palettes and I am happy to say that this is the best I have tried. I have four shade which you can also use to make your own shade to suit your own brows. You cannot go wrong with this palette. The brush is also great and how the powder comes out is better than I have seen ever before. It is also great that this is a full size product- thank you!

Benefit They're Real Mascara (3g sample)
I have never had the chance to use this product so receiving a sample is fantastic. I know this is a cult product and you are probably shocked that I have never used it. I am happily amazed by it and fully in love. When I save up a bit of money I will probably buy the full size version however I do feel the price is a bit steep. It adds volume and length to my lashes however I did find it a tiny bit flaky. The brush really is brilliant too and was not what I was expecting it allows your lashes to look very defined without clumping. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely must get yourself a sample.

A before and after using Benefit's They're Real mascara

Now I haven't tried these two hair products yet.
Tony & Guy Glamour Firm Hold Hairspray (travel size) and
Phillip Kingsley One More Day Dry Shampoo (travel size)
Personally I don't really use any hair products but I find it always useful to have a small can of hairspray or a can of dry shampoo. Both of these smell great and they're the perfect size for a handbag or overnight bag. I have heard great reviews about the dry shampoo and heard it's much better than Batiste's collection so I can't wait to try it.

My face using the Balance Me Face Oil, HD Brows palette and Benefit They're real mascara.

Have you tried any of these products?
